Environmentally Focused

Here at AWIRU, we are environmentally focused. We focus on transboundary Water Management between nations, regions, communities and economic sectors. This includes both advocacy, research and training through the UPTW. We are also focused in policy formulation and institutional development, which is the role of second-order resources in effective water management.

We are also specialized in technical water management instrument and their interaction with the socio-political environment in which they operate.  And of course we are focused on our sustainable research methodology.
