Empowering Advocacy

At AWASLA, we are firm believers in promoting and mobilising the local government voice into regional and global Water and sanitation advocacy processes and debates. We are open to all local and sub-national governments, and their organizations in the continent, dedicated to achieving more sustainable and effective urban sanitation and Water Management practices in the cities of Africa.

Regional and global organisations, non-governmental organisations, research institutions and individuals who wish to contribute to the knowledge and best practice for urban water and sanitation in Africa are able to participate as Associates of the Network.
