Animal Anti-Cruelty League
The Animal Anti-Cruelty League is dedicated to the ongoing protection of animals in our nation of South Africa. It supplies shelter for abandoned animals, promoting an efficient adoption (re-homing) policy and prosecuting Animal Cruelty cases. We also run welfare hospitals and mobile clinics in areas of disadvantage and reach thousands of primary school learners through its challenging educational programmes.
We are not an animal rights group, nor are we an animal activist group. We are an Animal Welfare group.
