UniquEco

UniquEco, also known as the ‘flip flip recycling company’, collects old discarded flip flops from rivers and the sea and transforms those materials into artworks which are sold from local tourist shops to support livelihoods and educate society on the impacts and value of waste and recycling. UniquEco designs aim to help conserve and protect marine and coastal environments through collection of waste and pollution and to alleviate poverty through creation of sustainable livelihoods and innovation.
