“Tree Talk” is one of the biggest social forestry efforts in East Africa. Focused on fighting climate change and improving the lives of ordinary people. Besides its national work, Tree Talk is currently working on the ground in northern Uganda with 500 schools, half a dozen prisons and 138 communities. We work with over 25 species, mostly indigenous, from locally collected seed from local mother trees.
