CERA (Carbon Emission Reduction Association)

CERA – Carbon Emission Reduction Association – was created to provide solutions for organisations seeking guidance on renewable energy, and sustainability. CERA’s activities are currently  coordinated through Uganda Investment Authority and works in close collaboration with Designated National Authority (DNA) whose secretariat is housed within Ministry of Water, Lands and Environment – Meteorology Department. CERA is a member of Designated National Authority (DNA) mandated to oversee development, implementation and monitoring of CDM projects.
