The West African Regional Marine & Coastal Conservation Programme is a joint initiative of IUCN, WWF, Wetlands International and International Foundation for the Banc d’Arguin (FIBA) in partnership with the sub-regional Fisheries Commission (SRFC). The programme operates in seven countries: Mauritania, Senegal, Gambia, Guinea Bissau, Guinea, Sierra Leone and Cape Verde.
