Gnu Landscapes is a research project called “Wildebeest Forage Acquisition in Fragmented Landscapes Under Variable Climates.” The project is studying wildebeest that live in southwestern Kenya at sites located in Nairobi, Maasai Mara and Amboseli and the impacts of changes in landscape due to climate change and fragmentation. These animals migrate between areas they live in in different times of the year.
